Before establishing Paramount HR, he held senior roles in business development, recruitment, sales, and operations — covering the full business and recruitment lifecycle, from client-side requirements to talent-market dynamics.

An accomplished professional with experience across sales, hospitality, customer service, training, business development, and human resources.
